Pulse Learning has put together this excellent infographic which speaks to the ways that gamification is improving engagement in eLearning and corporate training. Gamification will be a focus of our blog this week, and this is an excellent introduction to understanding how widespread it has become, its potential benefits to development programmes, and how your organisation can implement elements of gamification into Learning and Development offerings without necessarily requiring expensive and time consuming games manufacture.
This video was made to compliment the post “Employee Engagement? Sounds Like a Job for L&D” which can be found here. This video was created using Animaker, which I highly recommend as being good at what it does and also is a lot of fun to play with. As always, any and all feedback is appreciated, and feel free to share the video (with my blog’s end screen) if you feel it is useful in any way.
This video was created to provide a quick review of the information contained in the article The Top 4 Types of Questions to Ask in a Coaching Session, which has also been turned into an infographic here. As always we welcome you to utilise this as a resource or share it if you find it useful, and invite any and all feedback. Thanks again go to Moovly for their amazing video production software and to http://www.bensound.com for the soundtrack.
The Benefits of Mentoring video below fits in with the article Mentoring: A Win-Win-Win for Mentees, Mentors and Organisations, which can be found here. This video was a project devised by Robert Talbot, who wanted to experiment with a simple fixed camera video writing key words while a voice-over explained their significance. As always, I welcome any and all feedback; we hope that you enjoy the video, and invite you to share it if you feel that it suits your needs.
